Confidence, I may not have always listened to records as obsessively as punk albums, but I’ve been following the hardcore scene since the early 2000s. With memorable album like Wake Up the Dead by Comeback Kids or Unbroken from A Perfect Murder.
Every year, I get carried away by certain records from this scene and easily find those that resonate with me —both in the ideology of the lyrics and the chaotic energy some bands bring through their inflamed riffs and melodies.
So I took the time to do what I recently did for the punk side of my blog: I put together a playlist of the best hardcore singles. Whether hardcore punk or metallic hardcore featuring 75 great tracks released in 2025 by the band like Wake The Dead, Northwalk, Cannonball, Infinite Wisdom, One Last Breath, Prisoner Of Hope, Shutdown, Face The Pain, Stay Free, Vigilante /w Slice, and many more that truly rise above the rest.
